What's my hat size?

Our hats are designed for a perfect fit. Below are the steps to finding your size:

1. Measure the circumference of your head above your eyebrows with a tape measure.
2. Identify your measurement by inches.
3. Choose a size, between 56 and 59, that is closest to your inches count. If you're in between sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up.

Adjustable Fit

Each hat is made with an interior adjustable ribbon, which ensures your hat stays on your head. Measuring your head is the best way to ensure you choose the correct size.

Cuyana offers complimentary no rush shipping for U.S. orders over $47.5 Standard orders take 1-2 business days to fulfill; while orders with monogram can take 3-4 business days. For a full list of all of our shipping options please see here.

Mail Returns
We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $4 return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping fee is waived for orders refunded to store credit. For all of our return options, please see here.

In-store Returns
Cuyana accepts returns in-person, free of charge, in our store locations for online orders. Please bring your order number with the return in store.

Love that you can adjust to your head size !

Perfect packable hat!

This hat is super comfortable and the adjustable band means it fits perfectly. I was a little skeptical based on the reviews of it being too stiff to count as a packable hat but found that absolutely wasn’t the case. While the material is stiff, it folds easily with a small amount of pressure and unfolds back into perfect shape.

Misleading sales description.

NOT FOLD-ABLE but Nice

This in NOT a FOLD-ABLE hat. IT is very stiff and I would be afraid to crush it or fold the hat. I am going to keep it as I like the Panama look. Maybe you sent me the wrong Panama hat
